Randolph Wile – President
Randolph Wile has over 28 years of varied experience in the real estate industry. He has identified, structured and acquired commercial properties throughout the country, and has developed commercial properties and single family subdivisions in Texas and Louisiana. Previously, he managed a problem loan portfolio and a disposition program for a large regional savings & loan, and served as a consultant to public and private developers, and financial institutions.
Mr. Wile is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, and is active in a variety of philanthropic endeavors in the Houston area. He serves, or has previously served, on the executive boards of the American Jewish Committee, the Texas Bicycle Coalition, as well as on the Standing Committee For Academics at Rice University and the Grants and Allocations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston.
Renee Crosbie – Administrative & Financial Support Manager, Property Manager
Renee Crosbie has over 17 years in paralegal and financial office support. She has efficiently managed several offices over the course of the past 12 years handling all financial, secretarial, paralegal, and customer services details. She joined Wile Interests in 2015 as the Administrative and Financial Support Manager.
Ms. Crosbie also oversees the Property Management of all properties owned by Wile Interests and its affiliates.
Ms. Crosbie graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has served for over 7 years as a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council as a troop leader, Community Financial Specialist, and camp volunteer.
Jack Chaluh – Development Associate
Jack Chaluh has 7 years of sales experience from various aspects of the oil/gas industry. His real estate career started while working for an accelerator/co-working space in Austin, Texas. He joined Wile Interests as a Development Associate in 2018.
Mr. Chaluh assists in project development for properties owned by Wile Interests and its affiliates.
Mr. Chaluh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona where he majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses in General Business, Regional Development, and Sports Management. He received his MBA from University of Houston. He serves as the Vice President for the BayouCats board for Houston based University of Arizona alumni.
